Honors Chorus

The Chorus is a vocal ensemble that meets during second period each day. This course offers instruction in basic theory, sight-singing, phonetics, vocal techniques, and ear training. Students perform varied styles of music for unison through four-part harmony. Repertoire includes pieces from different time periods and regions throughout the world. The chorus performs at the Christmas and Spring concerts, as well as other events in and outside of school.

Mixed Select Choir

Mixed Select Concert Choir is an audition-only ensemble that meets weekly after school. Members practice sight-singing, diction, projection, and other musicianship skills. Mixed Select exposes students to advanced repertoire. The ensemble performs at Carroll concerts as well as other functions in and outside of school.
